Fall softball pitching clinic 4-week series with Jessica Lampton (Competitive Edge Softball)
Cost: $100 (6 player limit per session) for Fall Ball Registered Players | $180 for Non-Fall Ball Registered Players
Dates: Saturdays 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5
Location: Alta Vista Batting Cages
Session 1
8 – 8:45am
Rookie *
Never pitched before or new beginner, needs fresh start, learn proper beginner pitching motion, arm path drills, balance and strength.
Session 2
9 -9:45am
Rookie + **
Beginner, but took a previous clinic with Jessica or has basic arm motion, but still working on the basics
Session 3 (SOLD OUT)
10am – 10:45
Star Rookie ***
Has the basics, can pitch a fastball, needs to work on speed, accuracy and change up
