Spring softball pitching clinic 4-week series with Jessica Lampton (Competitive Edge Softball)

Session 1 Dates: Saturdays 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/22
Session 2 Dates: Saturdays 3/15, 3/22, 3/29, 4/5

9 – 9:45am
Never pitched before or new beginner, needs fresh start, learn proper beginner pitching motion, arm path drills, balance and strength.

Rookie Plus
10 – 10:45am
Beginner, but took a previous clinic with Jessica or has basic arm motion, but still working on the basics

Rookie Star
10am – 10:45
Has the basics, can pitch a fastball, needs to work on speed, accuracy and change up
